The Solution

Magic Media partnered with LOCAL to create a full-scale thought leadership engine across touchpoints.

Here's how we approached it:

  • We interviewed each partner (Brooke, Neil, and Andrew) to extract tone, ideas, and insights

  • Designed a content ecosystem aligned to LOCAL’s four pillars: Employee Experience, Internal Comms, Change & Transformation, and Learning & Development

  • Wrote and posted weekly thought leadership content for each partner, in their unique voice, with real POV on LinkedIn, Blogs & Newsletters

  • Launched multiple content series such as Nick's Nifty Notes (seen here to the left)

  • Put the company's social selling on autopilot with custom list building and our unique sales funnel.

The Problem

LOCAL had deep expertise in internal comms, employee experience, and transformation—but struggled to express that in a way that resonated publicly. Their content felt too insider, too abstract, and lacked a distinct voice. The partners had big ideas—but no system for turning those ideas into consistent, high-quality thought leadership.

They needed to:

  • Build credibility among execs and HR leaders

  • Redesign their website for thought leadership

  • Translate internal brilliance into external visibility

  • Clarify what 'Change Marketing' really means
